• Employee HIPAA training and certification

• Service providers: Stripe (payment processing), AWS (cloud infrastructure), email service providers — each bound by data processing agreements.
• Courier personnel: Your pickup/dropoff address and contact number are shared with the assigned courier for dispatch purposes only.

Data Retention

We retain booking and transaction records for a minimum of seven (7) years to meet healthcare documentation and tax requirements. Chain-of-custody records are retained for the period required by applicable regulations. You may request deletion of your personal contact data (not chain-of-custody records) by contacting us at the address below.

Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS/SSL encryption for all data in transit, access controls, and regular security reviews. Our infrastructure is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) within the United States.
